Modified to offer the wearer a whole new way to keep track of the passing days of each month, the Nomos Glashutte Tangente Neomatik 41 Update watch features a unique Nomos patent. The stainless steel watch, which measures a 40.5mm diameter is equipped with a Nomos date ring set around the far edge of the dial that the crown can easily and quickly set in both directions. This is all courtesy of the in house manufactured Nomos DUW 6101 movement, a self winding engine with a specially patented date mechanism. The men’s Nomos Glashutte Tangente Neomatik 41 Update is a redesigned playful timepiece for the watch connoisseur. The beautifully balanced dial is executed in a deep blue colour and features two green markers that flank the different date windows around the date ring. Thanks to these green markers having been treated in Super LumiNova, the date is also visible during the night.
The Nomos Glashutte Tangente Neomatik 41 Update watch gives off the impression of an intricate measuring tool whilst also featuring the staple rhodium coated hour and minute hands and the Bauhaus inspired Arabic numerals around the hour track. The small second sub dial is located at 6 o’clock, balanced by the Nomos Glashutte lettering at the top of the dial. The Nomos Tangente Neomatik 41 Update watch is powered by the automatic DUW 6101, which delivers a 42 hour power reserve whilst inside a 50 meter water resistant steel house. The watch is completed on a black Horween Shell Cordovan leather strap with a steel winged clasp and features a sapphire crystal glass front and caseback.
